Pricing & Payments

Please note that all our orders are processed in U.S. Dollars (US$) at the Check Out page.  

We accept payments by Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Paypal.   Our store is created using the renowned and secure Shopify platform - all payments and personal information are kept secured and encrypted.  

Orders & Shipping
All orders are subject to a handling/processing period before shipment, usually 2-3 business days.  Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed, however, once the processing is completed, the orders cannot be cancelled.  Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

When Can I Expect to Receive my Order?

Delivery period for each product will be different as they are supplied and distributed by different suppliers and warehouses.  You can expect to receive your order between 10 to 24 business days after the order processing period. 

However, due to promotional or high demand periods, delivery of products might take up to 30 days.  Rest assured that we will strive to expedite all shipments - and just take note that international delivery time will vary by country, and at times, items may be received sooner than indicated.

Custom Taxes

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer and ModnLife will not be held responsible for any customs taxes.

What Is Insurance?

Insurance covers accidental damage and/or missing item(s) during the shipment process. Due to the nature of international shipping, damage and/or missing items during transit cannot always be entirely avoided or predicted. Should such a situation occur, and provided you have paid for insurance during the order checkout, we may contact the shipping company directly on your behalf to claim financial compensation.

Why Did I Receive My Order in Multiple Shipments? 

We ship your order as soon as possible.  Since there are items that are shipped from different logistic centres, those items are sent directly to you instead of being consolidated together (which may take more time) .  Further, some items require longer preparation than others.  Thus, your orders may be shipped in different packages and at different times.
