Easy Cancellation, Return, Exchange or Refund Policy
EASY CANCELLATION, RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase, your satisfaction is important to us and we value your business. While every step has been taken to ensure that we ship out the correct item, there will be occasion when you receive items that are different from the description. In such case, we ask that you contact us immediately so we may remedy the situation.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
If you changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, it can only be cancelled WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. Thereafter, we regret that we are not able to cancel any orders once it is processed by our production/warehouse.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Refunds are NOT acceptable for Final Sale and Promotional items. ONLY Non-Promotional Items are eligible for a refund or return.
Refunds and returns are offered and if you receive any item that you ordered and find it is not as described, please contact us so that we can resolve these problems.
Our return policy is 7 days from receipt of the purchased item. Unfortunately, thereafter that, we are not able to offer any refund or exchange.
You also have the option to keep the item and agree a partial refund offered by us, where possible.
TO START A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND PROCESS:
1. Please email to Info@ModnLife.com to request for a return, exchange or refund together with the completed Return, Exchange or Refund Form (RER Form).
2. We will email our acknowledgement upon receipt of the completed Return/Refund Form and to confirm if the return/exchange/refund conditions are met. You can then arrange to return the item (at your own shipping cost, with tracking information) to ModnLife Store in SINGAPORE. You will be advised on the relevant receiving warehouse address to send to (as different items may come from different logistic/warehouse centres).
3. Please do not send the item back to manufacturer as they do not process/handle any returns directly from online retail customers (and the item will be unattended and will go missing).
4. Note that the Refunds are not guaranteed as they are subjected to:
- Items must be returned in its original and unused condition
- Must also be in its original box and packaging together with proof of purchase (copy of your online order confirmation).
5. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned without prior contacting us to activate returns/refunds process.
1. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

2. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
3. We are not able to arrange a return or refund on item if:
- you claimed it to be not as described, but we are able to prove otherwise.
- the item is as described but you no longer want them or changed your mind.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Please note that the initial shipping cost to send the items to you are non-refundable and therefore, if you receive a refund, that shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning any item to us. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and this will help to resolve any 'lost in transit' issue.
Please note that all items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and this will be deducted from any agreed refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling fee that you have paid when making the order.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@ModnLife.com and you can then arrange to return the item (the process mentioned above). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Info@ModnLife.com .
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
